In praise and worship to God, Evergreen Heights Mennonite Church believes our mission is to be a loving community where people can find healing and hope through a relationship with Jesus Christ and where Jesus’ example is followed in our daily living.
We believe that Jesus is the son of God, God-in-flesh, the Savior of humankind and through His death and resurrection we experience forgiveness of sins and eternal life; that the Holy Spirit dwells in each believer and is Teacher, Guide, and Helper; and that the Scriptures reveal God’s intention for the value system of the people of God. We believe that life-giving love, rather than life-threatening force, is the way of Jesus in response to violence and conflict, and we commit ourselves to loving relationships and to the way of peace. Our relationship with Jesus Christ extends to sharing his love and hope to all those around us.
